Celebrating Diversity

2020 was a year unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. A deadly pandemic was raging and the unjust killing of George Floyd at the hands of police sparked nationwide protests; many Americans were left crying for change in a world where systemic racism, discrimination, and prejudice is still very much prevalent. I created this piece in order to highlight the beauty in our differences — because that’s what makes each one of us unique; it shouldn’t be what divides us.
